Registration Assistance

To be considered, players must first be registered with SLVYHA for the 2026-27 season. Families should be prepared to pay the full registration fee through the regular payment schedule, if assistance is awarded, it will be applied back to your account.

• Fill out the short application form below
• You'll receive an email letting you know whether your player was selected
• If selected, families can receive assistance covering up to 50% of registration fees

Applications close [date TBD], or until all assistance has been awarded.

As part of receiving registration assistance, families agree to:

• Volunteer 2 hours per player at home games
• Help secure at least $100 in sponsorships to support the program

If requirements aren't met, you won't be eligible for future assistance. Families who receive this assistance are not eligible for the multiple-player discount.
