About Us
San Luis Valley Youth Hockey Association (SLVYHA) is based in Alamosa, Colorado, home to our Yetis and to hockey families across the whole San Luis Valley. We're an all-volunteer, non-profit program offering competitive travel hockey for ages 9 to 18. Our teams train and play home games at the Alamosa Family Recreation Center Ice Rink, then hit the road to compete against clubs across Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. Since 2010, we've been growing hockey in the Valley: developing players, building character, and giving every kid a place to learn, play, and belong.
